    Hosted phone numbers are simply phone numbers that are supported by cloud services instead of a single carrier (like Sprint or Verizon, for example). The reliability and call-quality associated with hosted phone numbers is the same as what you'd receive with traditional phone numbers. There will be no differences in the call quality or user experience, but you will benefit from a variety of value-added features that can only be provided by Hosted Numbers.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    No, your service is billed on a monthly basis and may be discontinued at any time. By using our services you agree to our terms and conditions, and agree to pay for services and use them in compliance with applicable federal and local laws.

    Yes, your phone number(s) can be ported to another service provider while your service is active and within 90 days of cancelling service.

  • How long will it take for my new number to be ready to use?
    In-stock numbers are typically ready within 30 minutes, but may take up to 4 hours.
    Out-of-stock numbers are typically ready within 5 to 15 business days. We will call or email you to let you know as soon as the number is ready.

  • When will I be billed for my services each month?
    Your billing cycle will be established based on the date that you sign up for service, per this schedule:
    - Setup between the 1st and the 7th of the month, billed on the 4th of each month
    - Setup between the 8th and 15th of the month, billed on the 11th of each month
    - Setup between the 16th and 22nd of the month, billed on the 19th of each month
    - Setup between the 23rd and 31st of the month, billed on the 26th of each month
